Houston-born Latina artist Alaina Castillo delivers big, and both in Spanish and English.
While 2020 was a challenging year that most want to forget, it was a breakaway of incredible chart achievements in Latin music with even more new artists leading a generation of astonishing acts in Spanish. Houston-native Alaina Castillo is one front-runner expected to have a big impact on this genre in 2021. It was only two years ago that Castillo first built a mini-empire on Youtube’s AMSR community with her addictive internet lullabies. Today, her unique sound delivers an intoxicating infusion of R&B with soulful, breathy vocals, in English and Spanish. The singer/songwriter’s current song, “Just A Boy,” has clocked over 17 million streams on Spotify alone.
