This inspiration comes from a friend, DJ Chilly, producer and host of KEXP's modern Latin mix-show El Sonido (Mondays 6-9 pm PST), a three hour trip around the diverse world of Latin music and culture from South, Central, and North America, as well as Spain and the rest of the globe.

He is also a club DJ with the Seattle Latin/global bass crew ¡Manos Arriba! and an avid soul and funk vinyl collector and Polaroid photographer.
